Information for overseas visitors who wish to be examined at our hospital
- We do not make appointments for medical treatment. In fact, it will be a reception after coming to the hospital.
- Reception hours are Monday ~ Friday, 8:15 a.m. ~ 11:30 a.m., 13:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturday until 11 a.m. hospital is closed on Sundays, national holidays, August 15, December 30 afternoon ~ January 3
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan Infection Risk Information Area If you are traveling from a country that falls under Category 1~4 or an area where a risk advisory has been issued by the WHO, you may be refused a medical examination. In this case, we will not refer you to another hospital, so please consult with the staff of your hotel.
- Please be sure to bring your passport when you visit the hospital.
- Not all diseases can be examined. We will not refer you to other medical institutions.
- Transportation access to the hospital will not be arranged.
- There is no arrangement for a taxi from the hospital after the treatment is completed.
- Even if you are injured in a traffic accident or by the other party, you will be responsible for the damage caused by the accident. Payment is the responsibility of the person.
- Regarding allergies Please be sure to declare allergies.
- Medical expenses At our hospital, we will determine the medical fee based on the point system for medical treatment determined in Japan. The unit price of one item is 50 yen (JPY) tax-exempt.
- Medical expenses vary depending on medical treatment, examinations, diagnostic imaging, and medical procedures, so we cannot answer at the time of reception.
- Payment must be made in Japan yen or by credit card. The brands that can be used are VISA MASTER JCB AMEX. Yunion-pay Japan transportation cards cannot be used.
- Credit cards will be accepted from April 1, 2025
- The medical certificate for the insurance company is 20,000 (JPY) + 10% tax copy does not.
- We will issue a prescription, so please submit it to the pharmacy and exchange it for medicine. In addition, it may not always be possible to get the drug of the brand you always take or the drug with the exact ingredients that you want. In addition, drugs that are not officially approved by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare in Japan cannot be prescribed. Consult with the pharmacy for payment.
- Orthotics If you use crutches to assist walking, you will be required to pay 10,000 yen excluding tax.
- In order to avoid trouble, we recommend that you accompany them with a Japanese interpreter. Telephone interpretation services are not available (and we are not responsible for them). In addition, we do not accept negotiations with hospitals based on overseas travel insurance. The statement is in Japanese only.
- If we receive any threat or harassment, we will immediately call the police. The same applies if you break a facility, smoke on the premises, or hit another car in the parking lot. The same goes for shouting, being violent of any kind, or not paying for medical treatment for no reason.
